Excelsior Springs Invitational
Tuesday October 5, 2004

You will get out of class at 1:45. The vans will leave at 2:00. The course is at the Excelsior Springs Golf Course. We will be there for a while, you may want to bring something to eat after your race. Also, be sure to bring some water/gatorade with you.

Directions to the course:

Take I-435 N (Past Worlds of Fun) to I-35 N.
Take I-35N (Past Liberty) to 69 highway.
Stay on 69 to Excelsior Springs.
Take Hwy. 10 through town.
Follow Hwy 10 all the way downtown (there are signs for the golf course along the way)
Turn right on Golf Hill (just before the Dairy B), follow signs to course.

Schedule:

3:45 Coaches meeting
4:00 JV boys
4:25 Var girls (30 medals & 3 team awards)
4:55 Var boys
5:20 JV girls (30 medals)/Freshman boys (3200 meters)
6:00 Awards

We will leave immediately following the awards. We should arrive back at Sion around 7:30.
