We will get out of school after 3rd hour. Change into workout clothes before we leave. We will plan on actually leaving between 11:00 and 11:15. We will stop and eat lunch on the way. Once we arrive in St. Louis we will go run the course then check into the hotel. We'll be staying at the Hampton Inn is St. Charles, 3720 West Clay, (636) 947-6800.

The meet will be held at McNair park.

Directions:

Take I-70 to the Zumbehl Rd exit.. Take north service road west to Campus Drive. Turn right on Campus Dr. to Droste. Turn right on Droste and the park should be on your left.

9:00 JV boys
9:30 JV girls (20 medals)
10:10 Varsity boys
10:40 Varsity girls (25 medals)
11:10 Fr boys
11:40 Fr/So girls
12:20 Awards

We have 10 athletes and 2 coaches riding together in one van. We do not need to bring 5 bags apiece. Try to pack all your stuff into your BIG purple bag. If you must bring something else keep in mind there will not be much room.
