KC Metro Meet

Saturday October 3, 2009

The meet will be held at Ray-Pec High School. I will be in St. Louis (Mrs. Coach Middleton will be in charge) so you will need to get there (carpool with someone else if you need to) Girls in the first race (9th/10th grade) should plan to be there by 7:00. Everyone else by 7:45 so you can watch the first race.

Directions from Sion:

Take I-435 east to 71 Hwy.
Go south on 71 about 15 minutes past Grandview to the Peculiar exit.
Take the exit and turn left back over the highway.
Take a left (north) on the outer road.
Go about 1.5 miles and you will come to the 5th & 6th Grade Center.
Ignore this and go left around the curve past the Freshman Centerand the High School.Continue on to the Middle School. The course is behind the Middle School.

7:30 Coaches meeting
8:00 9th/10th grade girls (all freshmen and sophomores)
8:45 9th/10th grade boys
9:30 varsity girls (none)
10:00 varsity boys
10:30 jv girls (everyone else)
11:15 jv boys
